Amit breaks the problem into four common culprits and the tools that expose each one:

🔹 Weak coverage: heat-mapping tools like Ekahau and Hamina that measure signal strength and signal-to-noise ratio
🔹 Overloaded capacity: wireless management platforms from Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Juniper Mist that reveal crowded access points and channels
🔹 Interference: spectrum analysis to identify whether the problem is another network or something like a Bluetooth device or microwave
🔹 Poor roaming: metrics on roaming times, failed associations, and disconnects as users move around

His most practical advice? Before you touch a single setting, determine whether the issue affects the whole network or only certain devices. That one step can save hours of guesswork.
